How to join our club, you can print the following forms, Enrollment Form, Media Release, Health Statement, Code of Conduct Statement
and Volunteer Application (for Adults) you need to fill one out for each person wishing to join. Forms can be
dropped off at the Video Store in Barrackville or you can bring them to our next meeting.
